Moon Landing
The first private spacecraft to successfully land on the Moon is the Odysseus spacecraft, built by Intuitive Machines in Houston, Texas. It landed near the lunar south pole on February 22, 2024, marking the first private Moon landing and the first U.S. lunar lander since 1972.
